Parallax is an annual journal of collaborative broadsides, each featuring the work of one artist and one poet. Through this work we are looking to foster collaboration and dialogue, both contributor-to-contributor and in a more formal way, between image and text. The intent is to have both visual and textual elements working together to create one complete broadside, so that one poet and one artist share authorship over each finished piece.
Parallax is published annually by Singing Saw Press in Brooklyn, New York, in a limited edition of 100.
Broadsides are 11 x 17″, full color, and feature contributor bios on the back. They are handbound in a folio cover.
